We are always happy to assist our subscribers with problems they experience in connecting to or using the Internet. Whilst we endeavour to provide the highest level of service 24 hours a day enhanced technical support is more readily available during core operational hours, these are:

Some services that rely on the cooperation of third parties such as radio and some broadband services may have reduced levels of service available outside weekday office hours.
Before calling us please ensure that you have the following information:
- Your subscriber number or the name of the organisation or person that the account is registered under.
- A description of your system. (operating systems, access method and network details)
- A full description of the problem.
For basic house keeping, system alterations, office administration, sales and accounts activity, please contact us weekdays between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm.
Please note that our support team are happy to respond to any enquiry about our services. The Support teams priorities are:
- To maintain our live service network and systems.
- To maintain systems supporting customers web sites hosted by Colloquium.
- To assist customers using systems which use our services.
- To give general guidance to customers on Internet and systems usage.
