We are always happy to assist our subscribers with problems they experience in connecting to or using the Internet. Whilst we endeavour to provide the highest level of service 24 hours a day enhanced technical support is more readily available during core operational hours, these are:

Some services that rely on the cooperation of third parties such as radio and some broadband services may have reduced levels of service available outside weekday office hours.
